MYTRIZA is a Stockholm based selfmade multidisciplinary artist, producer, songwriter, musician, videographer and creatress.Her magic is born in her creative processes. As an art priestess and mystic, she listens to the whispers of dragons, fae folk, forgotten Goddesses and elementals, and draws inspiration from the unseen realms as well as the collapsing society around her. She’s an eclectic, limitless producer and weaves together electronic EDM elements with choir and world music, with imagery from nature, fairytales and myths. Her music and art have been compared to artists such as Björk, Kate Bush , Susanne Sundfør, AURORA and Grimes.Her nature is that of the shapeshifter; her songs come to her through characters, and with a versatile voice she holds space for the archetypes or hidden sides that want to come out of her.“Call it a symptom of societal collapse, but there were a lot of great music videos this year about abandoning civilization for the old gods of nature. One of the best of these was “Motion,” directed by Mytriza and Todd Wästfelt.
